Robotic welding and manufacturing automation integrator in Mexico
We design, build and integrate robotic cells for welding, bending, press handling and palletizing, with ESTUN, TMA and Yornew technology. Engineering, manufacturing and support from Saltillo, Mexico, for metalworking and automotive plants across Mexico and Latin America.
- Robotic welding, bending and material handling
- CODROID® collaborative robots and MINYUE machine vision
- Technical support and spare parts backed locally
What we solve
Automation designed around your process, not a catalog
We do not sell standalone machines. We study your process and design the robotic integration that raises your productivity, with exact repeatability and local technical backup. From a single welding cell to a full production line, we take the project from engineering to startup on the plant floor.
- Process engineering and custom cell design
- Manufacturing, integration and programming for your part
- Plant startup and support with local spare parts
Robotic welding
MASTER FAB robotic welding cells with ESTUN arms. Manual welding has repeatability limits; robotics delivers the same weld bead on part 1 and part 1,000.
Manufacturing automation
Press brakes, CNC wire forming, CNC machining centers and laser welding, integrated with ESTUN robotic material handling for your line.
Why Master Steel
The outcome of a project depends on who integrates it
The difference between a cell that produces from week one and one that lives in downtime is process engineering, programming and support after startup. That is where we put the focus as an official integrator.
Serving cutting, bending and welding processes since 1998, with 20+ years of experience in Mexico and Latin America.
-
Decades on the plant floor
Decades of real projects for the automotive and metalworking industry across the region, not theory.
-
TUV certification
Industrial safety standards backed under the German TUV norm, an international reference in machine safety.
-
Partnerships with leading brands
We integrate ESTUN, TMA, BELAN and Yornew technology, with spare parts and service backed locally.
How we work
From your part to plant startup, step by step
-
Diagnosis
We study your part, your volume and your bottleneck to define the automation scope, the right equipment and the expected return.
-
Engineering and design
We design the cell or the line around your process, with the right technology for each challenge, not a forced catalog.
-
Manufacturing and integration
We build and integrate the solution and program it for your specific application, ready to produce from day one.
-
Startup and training
We commission the line on the plant floor and train your team to operate it independently.
-
Ongoing support
Our involvement does not end at delivery: we provide support and spare parts so your investment keeps producing year after year, in Mexico and abroad.
Frequently asked questions
What plants ask before automating
What does an official robotics integrator do?
An official integrator designs, builds and programs the complete robotic cell for your process, not just the robot itself. At Master Steel we study your part and your line, select the right technology from brands like ESTUN, MASTER FAB or TMA, integrate the cell, and hand it over running with local support and spare parts.
How long does an industrial automation project take?
It depends on the scope: a robotic welding cell or a CNC press brake typically takes a few weeks of engineering and manufacturing; a full production line can take several months. In the first technical evaluation we give you a real estimate based on your part, your volume and your plant.
Does Master Steel serve plants outside Mexico?
Yes. We work with plants across Mexico and Latin America. We bring the same engineering, manufacturing and integration methodology to any country in the region facing a manufacturing challenge that robotics can solve.
